Inspired by famous artists who loved painting food, kids will explore how everyday treats like donuts, cupcakes, popsicles, and candy can become bold, exciting masterpieces.

Students will experiment with bright paints, vibrant oil pastels, and fun collage materials to build their snack-inspired creations. Along the way, they’ll also discover the magic of printmaking, learning how to repeat shapes and patterns to create eye-popping designs.

Kids will learn some color theory, use various media, and learn about the principles and elements of art. Projects will use the art of Wayne Thiebaud and Andy Warhol as inspiration.
